Hi, I am looking for options and opinions on saddle bags and windshield bags of my 07 Apex. Please put what a reasonable price to pay for the bag you suggest as well. Also where a good place to get them.

I made a set of generic hangover saddle type bags. I opened the storage flap at the back of the seat and straddled the bags under the flap then locked the flap so their in the back and can't go anywere. They hold more then the OEM ones you buy.

pro x deluxe 69.95 #18-5001(part no) at royal dist. take to upholstery shop add 3"on each side of topband to make it hang and rest on black plastic bumper covers. rivet one buckle on each side of tunnel in front of bottom of bags. strap on bottom of bags pulled tight under the bumper snapped to snap on other side of bags. fits perfectly over hump of seat. they should fit aprox. 3"in front of exhaust outlet. cut off extra buckles so not to scratch tunnel. 20,000 miles on my last set. fitting my new set today. why can't someone make a bag to fit like this. lots of room suitcase opening best yet.
