We are making rail extension for the SC-10 121 to 136 and 121 to 144 if you need some. They will be ready by 12/10/09.

The best way to start is measure the front bolts and the rear drop holes for the skid on a ski doo rev. Then transfer those measurements over to your tunnel. Make your rear drop plates out of 3/16 aluminum, and u will have to use 3/16 plate on the inside of the tunnel for the front mounts to make up the difference in the ski doo width. Good luck measure 5 times and cut once.(easier said then done!!) Enjoy the ride.

Regarding springs and shocks - if you aren't a real big guy you may be OK? I'd wait until I had it installed to make any decisions, wouldn't do anything with the shocks until you're sure about springs and have a few miles under your belt. You may be talking about doing some revalving, especially if you need to go with Hd springs.
You have all the dimensions that you need to mount the new skid?
