SC apex wont hook up

Looking for ideas to get my sc apex to put the power to the snow. I'm running 10 psi and the stock Maverick which I know does not help. But will the camo extreme help that much? When my buds and I race up a hill with semi setup snow , they will all get me off the line by 3-4 sled lengths. They are running stock sleds like srx700's, apex stock,stock nytro with 162 extreme. Ill spin halfway up the hill and when it hooks up it will shoot by them. Is the 174 camo the answer? Clutching seems ok and motor runs perfect. I will leave a trench 8 inches deep for 50 feet or more. Thanks.
