I've been playing with my shocks a bunch the last couple weeks. 100 PSI, compression 6 from firmest, rebound 8 from slowest. This has been a good setup so far for big jumps. I'm not 100% clear on the rebound and compression adjustments though, I just played with them until it felt good.
Edited: Fox has an awesome online manual that explains rebound and compression in a very simpler manner.
