Hey, I have ordered a new bushing for the inner plate of my secondary clutch. It has a lot of play and it seems to bind when I slide it back and forth. I'm just wondering if the bushing needs to be pressed out/in or if it can be done by hand.
Also it looks like I'm getting some binding on my secondary spring. Not too sure of the cause or cure to that.
I'm getting inconsistent rpm's at top end and I would like to settle that out.

i've done it by hand last year.
i think your best and safest way is the press.
I got some problem after doing it by hand cause i slightly bent it when inserting it.
so the ride after, it get out and cost me some button new busing and the bigest problem, the bushing case got damaged. i now need to loc-tite it.
be safe and press it right.

Thanks guys, I will follow your advice and take it to a shop and get it pressed in.
