My 04 warrior has 5700 miles on it. The Buttons on the Secondary have some obvious wear on them.
How much wear is acceptable and how are they removed and replaced?
Thanks.

Just make sure that there is no contact between aluminum and aluminum. To replace, separate the clutch, pry out the old ones, and pound in the new ones - they're just pressed in.

Are they referred to in the parts catalog as (Shoe Ramp)?

Your best bet is use a small pointy object & pound em out thru the bottom. They have a recessed nipple that sometimes breaks when you try to pry em out. Just a heads up...a nickel plated advantedge helix running a silver secondary spring is a lot easier on the secondary buttons.
