2004 Warrior. I just did the jackshaft bearings following the instructions in the tech pages. Everything went great except when I put the secondary back on there's about an 1/8" or more play after tightening the secondary bolt. I have the washers in the correct order-I'm sure. I don't remember there being any play in it at all before. Everything must be together right cause the brake rotor fit perfect on the other side. Any experiences?
Did you remember to install the spacer washers on the clutch side before putting the secondary on? Or, how about the bearing on the clutch side...is it in the same location on the shaft as before?
