need some help. my bolt fell out on my secondary clutch and now I dont know the order of the washers to put it back togather I dont ever know if I have them all. . to make matters worse I took off the secondary clutch to have a look at might be in the pan and I think a washer fell off fron behind the secondary . It looks like I have bolt 25 and washer 24,and bushing 23. But washers 22 and 21 Ionly have 1 of . They are for alignment im sure but are they always all used and what order

washer

usually 1 in back 1or2 in front, when all together make sure it moves about 1/16 to 1/8 in and out.

Mine has a small + one larger shim between the secondary & the bearing. Not sure if they are all the same or if they very in diameter as these inner shims align the secondary with the primary.
The outer shims are to set the clutch to the right amount of free-play, 1/8 inch or so.

Thats what I thought. I have the collar one that has a step in it that is up against the bearing. Im going to buy 1 more for that side and see where I am for float on the shaft and make a decision on another washer for the outside

measure the offset (distance from back of primary sheave to back of secondary sheave). it should be 15mm plus or minus 1.5mm. allow 1-2mm side to side play.
