Ok, here is my problem my machine, sputtered from stop to WOT going past 11000 rpm. Tryed my buds secondary no sputter and rmps were 10500, pulled the secondary apart and cleaned everything and still there, what could be the problem?
I have a pioneer clutch kit. Went out after and tryed the stock helix seemed better.

I gess what happened was the stock helix lowered the rpms and she didnt hit the rev limiter, this machine worked good before so I think its a primary problem but what could it be? There is still no engine brakeing and there is a little pop in the primary on a rolling stop.

Remove primary cover then spring....put back cover and slide the clutch and see were it stop or not free.
Check bushing in cover it may be worn ,spider plastic slide if not metal to metal and check weigh and roller it must be free ( that mean you lift a weigh....release it and "tok" to the bottom ).Clean the clutch.
I you do all that you should find the problem.
If your secondary is not working good check plastic button and bushing behind secondary and bushing in helix. mine is worn got 10000 km on machine.
