I want to install The Greaser and need to remove the Secondary to gain access to the Jackshaft. First time messing around with the clutches so what's the drill in removing the secondary? Just remove the 14mm bolt?
Any washers or spacers I need to keep an eye on? What about reinstalling? No special positioning, just slide back onto the splines? What is the torque setting for the 14mm bolt and should it have thread lock?

Set emergency brake. Grab secondary tight with one hand, undo bolt with the other hand. I push a paint mixer stir tool up the middle and slide everything on, there are usually thin washers on both sides of secondary that you have to keep in order. That bolt is 46 ft lbs.. Clean things up, a little grease on the washers, a little grease on the spline.

Pull it with 14 mm, make sure all the spacers are in the correct spot as you pull it off, splines only line up one way and it will slide on. Tighten and torque to 43ft lbs
