I checked all my clutch measurements today - I noticed my belt is riding 2mm below the edge of the secondary, which is out of spec.
In the service manual I see a 0.5mm shim 90201-222F0 and a 1mm shim 90201-225A4.
I'm not sure how many I need, but I checked online and these are $2 each plus shipping.
I'm guessing 3 of each size should give me enough range. I already have a set of 0.5 on the secondary, so this would give me up to 2mm in increments of 0.5.
Has anyone done this before? Is the yamaha part number for 1 shim or for 3?
