I got my shocks redone. I noticed my dial on side of the tunnel when I was turning it back too soft it went past soft and went one more full rotate too soft again before it stopped. Should it be set there when installing the shock?

It is recommended to set your shock to full hard before removal.
And the side dial will rotate two full turns soft or two full turns hard, that is the way they are made.
