Having the Apex Gt with mcx290 kit, i experience it hitting the rev limiter way to fast.
Except from stock i have gone done 2teeth, supertip x series
55g, 14g, 6g, 4g total 79g
had the org spring in the sec set at 70 because 60 felt week, put a white on at 70, rev limiter hit, tried 60 the same. Tried 40 and it got a lot better but still hitting rev limiter.. and it seem to this earlier then with the org spring..
That is confusing due to that the white has harder pressure at the end.. but with the white put at 40 it shifts out full on both the primary and secondary

I'd recommend putting more weight on the tips, like 1 gram each arm at a time. That should bring down upper rpms about 100 rpm lower at a time until you reach the sweet spot that doesn't hit rev limiter.
