shock rebuild

hey guys i know a guy with all the nitrogen and oil to recharge shocks but i need to know all the specs to get the seals and how much oil and ect. does anyone know that?

I can help you along but I myself spent the $ to buy a good shock and make no claim to know how to even get close to the performance of that shock.So simple refresh/rebuild.Yes.Valving.No.

Are they leaking?
What type and make shocks are they?

i bought a hpg shock for the far back one without the spring and the one with the spring is just stock. and i cant really afford a new set this year. and i dont know if they are leaking i got them both rebuilt last year and they are now dead
