I have done pretty much everything I wanted to do to my 2010 Nytro standard. I have read a lot of the shocks being revalved. I am not an aggressive rider and tip the scales at 230 pounds. Would sending out the rear shocks really make that much of a difference in ride quality?

A shock valved to your riding weight and style will always ride better IMHO.

Has anybody had the pioneer shock revalve done?

Had my shocks re-valved on my old fx nytro and it made a huge difference. Not only in ride quality, but in handling in the corners and steering effort.
I 100% recommend it.

I know you had a place in MN do your nytro right? Looking for a place to do all my shocks, that is why I was asking about pioneer. Did you have your floats done there also farmer?

My Nytro SE had the Float X shocks on the front, and they actually perform very well I thought, so we opted to not have them done. Also, we've found that once the floats are opened up, they become less reliable so we're probably gonna send them back to FOX and have them rebuild them.
I've heard good things about Pioneer, and Carver. But mine were done at B-Line Control, in Lindstrom MN. $146 total for both rear shocks.

Thanks I remember that you told me that a while ago but couldn't remember when. Interesting about the floats too, i'll keep that in mind. Thanks for the info
