This chart shows the different weights and stuff ,The shock re builder that I use said that I could use my stock shock and rebuild/re valve it and I should be good to go. I weigh 205 and 6-2 I picked up a used 54Nm spring and put it on now and it is too harsh or ride and I need to get it re valved ,It is hard to bottom it out.

Thats not the way most have done it. I'd say call the pros. Pioneer-or Hygear and reread all the post from the last four years. These riders know what has worked for them. The stock spring was a 4.9 lb. the 5.5 worked well for me at 205lbs so maybe the next higher would work, but I'd call someone who has done many. Bruce at Pioneer 716-496-4600 can answer all your questions good luck

call frank at shoktec. he is much closer to you.
i am 210, run 6.5 spring & revalve. although it's not the ohlin.
you will get it smoothed out.
