Shocks, can they be changed right from the factory?

I really like fox floats, and i would like to have them on my next sled. So i thought of an RTX but i'm not a fan of the 2007 color. So i thought i would get an Apex ER in blue and add floats. I'm just wondering if a person can tell yamaha to put fox floats on instead of the gas ones, sorta exchanging them instead of having to buy floats later and then having an extra set of shocks laying around. Can this be done? Can this be done with a windshield also? thanks

so i take it that you will end up with two sets of shocks, you cant give back the original's to yamaha and get a refund or anything?

I have a similar issue with different preference.
I snowchecked a black Attak GT (with the shock upgrades) but love the looks of the stock Apex ER Black with blue lightning graphics (see attached picture).
Tha Attak GT is all black. So I will need to either buy apex ER blue lightning graphics and take off the Attak black graphics and put my preferred blue lightning graphics on.
or
buy or trade a apex ER hood & windshield in blue lightning graphics and swap out.
Any better ideas???????

would is not just be easier to buy the attack (not the GT) and just buy and put on the 2 front shock upgrades yourself, and just have the dial adjust on the side instead of remote adjust?

The ER is a 121" skid so keep that in mind. You are getting a different sled ,not just color sceme.

Sorry Apex18, this is not an option with Yamaha as of now. It would be great if the snow check aloud you to pick your shock, windscreen, and color packages as a true spring order option. This would make for some different sled on the trail and enable you to get the sled you really wanted.
