Has only been driven off the trailer and moved around in the shop.

Haven't had allot of time to work on it however this week i was moving it and noticed 3 bearing lying on the floor next to the sled.

Then, when i was looking around to see where they might have come from, i noticed a part quite loose. It looks to be like a support bar that runs parrallel to the rear shock.

How are you moving around the shop? Using dollies? Using a creeper in the shop? Saw something similar on here recently and it ended up being bearings from the creeper wheels.

Someone else on the forum had this bearing issue, they ended up beeing from a creeper he used in the garage. so check your dollys, creeper or jacks that might have bearings. as far as that suspension piece I'm not sure, maybe a plastic bushing is supposed to hold it tighter. not sure I'd worry though.

interesting.. It might be that. I do use dollies from time to time or just lift it around.

WRG to the loose part, it's noisy as hell when moving it (I finally just took it out for the first time here..). It is quite audible. I am bringing the sled in to where i bought it this evening to get studs installed, so will bring it to their attention... Thanks all.

Ended up being bearings off one of my dollies :)

WRG to that loose bar, the dealership is going to look into it.....
