Hey guys,
I'm switching a RX1 mountain to a 121 M10 track and My question is should I change the drivers?? I think the mountain comes with 8 tooth drivers and a 121 rx1 has 9 tooth.
What kind of difference would this make???
Thanks

What have you done with your mountain suspension and other associated gear?
I have a 121 that I am looking to convert to 144" and perhaps some of your take-offs could help me out. PM if interested. I'm in Canada too, so that would keep shipping costs down.

I put 9 tooth anti-rachet drives on my rx with a 136 m-10 &1-1/4 track. The drivers hit the cross shaft on the skid so I turned them down about 3/8". So if you put on the anti- rachet drivers make sure you do this. I have my stock 9 tooth drivers if you interested!

I HAVE CHANGED FROM 9 TOOTH TO 8 TOOTH WITH 1 1/2 INCH TRACK ON MY 2003 RX-1.ALSO CHANGED FROM121 TO 136.RAN WITH MY BUDDY ON 03 REV THAT WAS CLUTCHED AND 3 TEETH DROPPED.WOULD RECOMMEND THE CHANGE TO 8 TOOTH,BUT SPEND THE FEW EXTRA BUCKS AND GET THE ANTI-RACHETS.

to change the drivers
Ok , I got the nine tooth drivers , now how the hell do you swap them on and off the axle???
Stupid question I'm sure but is there a way to do it without a press???? That won't ruin them in the process??
Thanks
