Vampire edition!! Better then the sidewinder.Vampire? That's a new one. 5lbs isn't creating enough heat to need a IC especially when its sucking in 32f or colder air.

You talking about the sidewinder?I thought about turbo in my Viper, but now since there will be a badass factory turbo viper it will be a serious waste of money to pour 3k at least into a machine that has already depreciated more than a new Cadillac. I will be money ahead in the long run by taking the hit on trade in next year on one of the many left over turbo vipers.
Your not wrong. The problem is even the trade value of the viper is gone down. I have a 2016 early build ltxle trail turbo.
Dealer said they would only give me 12000, just paid almost 20 less then a year ago.

Ya I was quoted 11 when I have almost 20 gone In not including taxes so time I put a down payment on the sidewinder it would have cost me around 15 grand to upgradeYou talking about the sidewinder?

I have my coupler blocks out now and love it so I may try it with the low gears first then if I think I want more top end I get higher gears I'd like to be able to get a consistent 100-105 mph that might be high hopes because I know this chassis is very dependent on conditions well the n/a are for sure on best conditions I am getting around 88mph with the low gearing and 1.7 trackIm
I'm going to run 21/41 with a 1.5" ripsaw track for next year. If you keep the stick gears it's fun as #*$&@ but when the turbo really starts to spool your outta gear. I figure I should.be good for 115 mph with that combo for next season. But I haven't tested it out with that track. I just needed a.new track cause my 1.7 is in ruff shape.after 2800 miles . Thaught I'd try this. Tho gotta wait till.next year.
With that gear Combo you won't notice much of a lose in the bottom.end but if you don't care for top speed ( id still get over 100 MPH with machined clutches ) on hard pack. Tho loose.snow.ita only around 85-90. All.depends how you wanna ride. Trust me tho with the coupler blocks out and the low gears it's a beast! Hold on tight

Yes I'm talking about the sidewinder (the only factory turbo viper)......I'm not going to put another penny into my 2015 viper. I'll ride it another year or so then either get a completely different sled or get a great deal on a new leftover sidewinder.. I'm not pouring more water into a bucket that's full of holes

Yep. I'm in it for the long run with this sled. Too much invested.Yes I'm talking about the sidewinder (the only factory turbo viper)......I'm not going to put another penny into my 2015 viper. Thing is I love the mpi kit. Only stage 4 f1100s can touch it. Apexs are left behind. But nooo they gotta come out with a factory turbo.

I have the hurricane 190 kit and power is definitely not the problem with this sled now .So as cool as the sidewinder is sell ing my sled to buy another 190+ power sled on a viper chassis seems silly and everyone seems to think this sled will be problem free but until this sled hits the masses for a season we will not know. Just my 2 cents.
