Alright, so I just noticed this on my sled after getting it home. On the same side right near the muffler, there is a vent opening to the front of the sled, which is wide open. Am I missing some sort of mesh/grille which is supposed to be in place? I tried looking up diagrams and such but can't find anything, my dealer didn't provide me with a manual either, nor can I find one online that's free.
Any sort of info is appreciated.

Is it on the top of the side panel? Both sides? No mesh there.

No mesh? Strange, won't leaves and snow get in there?

Gotcha. Maybe I'll add a piece of fabric mesh or something, would prefer to keep small things from getting in there.Mine is the same.

I have never had an issue on or off trail but for your piece of mind why not.
You can just buy the left side screen and then flip it over and use it on the right side. You need to reverse a few bends but it works and looks fine.

If the skis are in the air you wont get any snow in those vents!
