I have some rusty torsion bars and suspension parts up front that I would like to paint. Does anybody know the correct yamaha silver/grey paint color for a 2009 venture lite?

I haven't heard of the actual paint code for that, you may wind up just trying to match it yourself or repainting the whole thing. If you want to go all out, you could take it all apart and get them powder coated to whatever colour you want. I don't have anything silver anymore, painted my A-arms, bumpers and rack with the same colour as the tank (called electric Blue). Did my son's blue Phazer in semi gloss black and the spindles in blue, looks really good.

Is that specifically for the suspension and bumpers or is that actual body colour? The quart's description talks about "enough for a fully faired motorcycle". I think that's body paint, which explains why it's so expensive.

Moose you could be right. I'd like to stay with the factory color scheme on the frame/suspension and that probably is a body color. Anybody have any information on a color for that or a close substitute?

I'd just grab any silver rust paint and repaint the whole thing. Or I'm pretty sure powder coating had a silver colour available.

I dunno. Still seems to be body color. The silver paint on sleds seems pretty ordinary and cheap to me, especially since they rust so easily.
