Do you only have to use Simmons wear bars on their skis? My wear bars are shot in the front and outside, need replaced. Does anyone make a agressive wear bar for the Simmons ski?

Yes, I believe they came out with a shaper this year for them. The wear may be from skis not running flat which is a problem with Simmons.
Believe it or not, AC sells simmons bars...

Front outside? Sounds like you may have excessive toe-in.

I have the same skis do yourself a favor and put the Bergstrom triple carbide on the insides only and a regular 4" USI shaper on the outsides. TRUST ME it hooks in the corners like it's on rails!!

Do you have part numbers and a place to order from? Please advise.

I will get them to you later tonight. You will not have to change carbides for at least 2 seasons!!

Simmons skis on a warrior.
The front 3 or 4 inches on all 4 wear rods are worn down to about 1/8 inch of bar left. The plastic in front of all the wear rods is worn down also. The remainder of the bars are like new.
The bars are 6 inch carbides with hard weld in front and flat carbide in the rear.
They also have a 1/4 inch ski shims.
Why is the wear pattern so radical?

This was pointed out to Simmons by a friend last year, guess they didn't fix the problem.

So you can use another carbide other than Simmons? If so- which ones and part numbers?

Sketr, my carbides wore the same on my Simmons. In fact, I broke one in half on our return to Grumpy's bar.
StormChase, read the very brief article on which length carbide you should use at this link.

Based on the length, the part numbers are listed at this link.
