Polaris gold gallon jug caps...Filed the burr around the opening and hammered them in with a rubber malet nice and tight!

I was thinking of drilling a hole on the stirrup and fabricate a piece that would fit inside of it, a pin wth a spring kinda like they use on adjustable crutches, and have some "highway pegs" for the Black Lite.
Just a thought for now, but this week I will come up with something for the loooong hauls up the river. The Kuskokwim has 1500 miles of navigable waters, which translates into highway style cruising when the conditions are right. I'll post when I come up with something...
 :rocks: :-o

Other than the 3 ounces of snow that becomes lodged in there, any particular reason you guys feel the need to plug the hole?

Just curious, maybe I'm missing something.

Yamaha makes expensive billet caps, so instead of going that route, we're just being creative.

I guess you could ask the same question to those who dress up any vehicle they own.

So yes, you are missing something...
