What size tap do I need to tap out the rails for the slider screws? Cannot get them to go back in all the way after changing the sliders. Hopefully they are just full of loctite.

drill out slightly larger and use a screw with a nyloc nut , you will have to cross drill across the rail above the extrusion line for place for the nut , lots of people do this when threads are no more good , it workks better and will not fall out like the originals can.
