Viper tracks straight but the bars are off center is there a way to straighten bars and not messing with the ski alignment.

How far off? If just a little probably best to set bars straight and use ratchets straps from both ends of bar to running board to hold them straight and adjust skis again. If the bars aren’t held while adjusting skis what you have happens.

Bar and ski alignment easier than it may seem. Watch Biker Mikes YouTube video and you will see how easy it is. Straight bars properly toed out skis = a better handling sled. Take the time and fix them you’ll be much happier driving straight and tracking straight.

If you remove the little plastic skid cover under the nose of your sled you will see a quarter inch diameter hole. Find a screwdriver in your toolbox that fits that diameter snug. Usually a real big Phillips screwdriver fits perfect. Once you insert a screwdriver into the alignment hole it locks bars perfectly straight while you're adjusting the tie rods. Perfectly bars every time.

Is there anything you can adjust the bars without messing with the tie rods?
