I was wondering if any of the experts out there could please answer my question? Does the amount of ski pressure make much of a difference in top speed? This season my sled seems to be about 5 mph slower than it was last year. I've been trying to figure out why! Anyhow, I read another post regarding top speed and one rider had posted his sled was probably a little slower due to the increased ski pressure of his setup. Is this possible? I sucked up my limiter strap a couple holes while doing pre-season maintenance. Could this have affected my top speed?

No I haven't yet, and the current belt has about 3000 miles so it is time. How much beer did you say it was gonna take to get you to teach me clutch maintenance?

I seen 143kmh today! :)

Just put a new belt on and the best I can do on a groomed flat trail is 130 Kph (according to speedo - GPS said 120.9)!
