I just added a 1/4 in shim to the rubber on each ski on my 05 vector and my 08 vector. Will see how it works!

I have 6 in Woody Slim Jim's on both sleds.

Seems like the 08 vector has a bit more up lift, did they change something on the 08's?

I used 1/4 rubber x 2ins from a glass installer, used RTV cement and one screw in the middle.

comments welcome!

Should work perfect amazing what a shim does for handling of the sled.

One thing I noticed over time the rubber bump stop compresses around the shim and they lose effectiveness over time. Takes like 3 year, then just add another 1/4" and your good to go.

Didn't the DBII chassis debut on the 08 Vectors?
