I will let you know Tuesday lol I removed the Tuners from new and rode 4000km with some Slydog Trail skis with 9" Shapers, they were ok but huge steering effort and twitchy/darty at times. So picked these C&A's up used for a decent price, they have the Woody's 8" Executive carbides. Will see how it goes, worse case I get snow trackers or a new sled lolJay how do you like them?

Certain conditions will make all skis dart occasionally. I have my 5.7s at 1/4 tow out with the skis slightly nose up. I even have my limiter pulled up 1 notch. Very little darting and handles flat and very predictable with the 8 inch Woodys round bar in the middle. I want to try the ace bar next year but am afraid of screwing up a good thing.

I just set my sled on a sheet of plywood and squared it up with the factory edges. I checked the skis at the measurement areas and it was 40" in the back, and 40-3/16" up front.
So, it looks like the toe is good.
I do not have shims. I'll take a look at the carbides to see how they are wearing.
