Skid removal and replacement???

EVERYTIME I've changed skids... all makes... always put the front bolts in first... then work on the back... my2c

X2...strap or tie the front down and get the bolts in (losen strap/cut rope)make sure there is no tension on the back springs and lower the back into place with a chain fall then put bolts in and put the back springs into their holders, tighten/ align the track.
