Does anyone on here have a Skinz seat on their Apex? I'm trying to determine if it would fit with an Impulse turbo. I've emailed Skinz and waiting for a response, but figured I'd ask here, too.
The tank is 6.5" tall and 14.125" wide, sitting on the tunnel. If someone has one they could measure the clearance under the entire seat, it would be very helpful and much appreciated.

I measured the seat on my Apex and the tank will not even be close to fitting, Mine is 13" at the tunnel and 9" wide at 6" up fron the tunnel> the seat tapers down to the front. I think Impulse has a seat that will acomodate the the fuel tank.

Thanks for the response. That's what I was afraid of. I did get a reply from Skinz and they said they were not sure that it would not work, but thought if I was able to make it work it would require a bit of modification. They didn't provide any dimensions or pictures to go from.
Impulse doesn't sell a seat for the Apex, but they have one for the Nytro.
I do have a flatbottom Boss seat that I will have to cut foam out of to make it work, which is what most people have been using/doing, but it doesn't leave much cushioning in the seat. I was hoping the Skinz would work so I could sell my Boss, and not have such a hard seat. Oh well. It'll work.
