Sled trip

So, who has a sled trip coming up? Where are you planning to go? I have been watching the snow in the western up. I was planning on going to Bessmer MI but I might rethink and head west. Grand lake CO has a 34" base on the trails with over 300 miles of groomed trails. I lived in Grand lake 20 + years ago. 1500 miles

I have "had" a trip planned in 4 weeks to Indian river, Mich..... Not looking good so far. Might have to push it back 2 or 3 weeks................ MM.

IR, is all dirt now. Hopefully things will turn around fast, the 10 day forecast is looking better now.

I was up in houghton,Hancock U.P. and there was a lot of snow on Sat and Sunday but driving south 90 or so miles north snow what so ever. Going up there again on new years day. It is a hike from Chicago.

houghton for me, the 15 through 17th. 6 sleds and yamaha will be well represented. 2-2014 vipers, 2-xtx nytro, 800 doo and 700 cat.

I would go to Togwotee lodge. They have a very solid base on there trails right now and are grooming daily. Was out there last week and trails were very nice. I was going off trail but the short ride we took to get there was very smooth.

Still plan to leave Engadine on Jan 31 and ride to Copper Harbor and back over 5 days. Stopping in Big Bay, Houghton 2 nights and Christmas on night 4. Come on SNOW!
