Im only gonna be posting my videos and pictures in this post that I hope to update from now on, 24 hours after every ride, right throught the summer.
heres an update from my experiences sledding in Whistler so far.
I had a triple piped MM700 for the last 2 season's and it was the greatest learning sled I could of asked for.
I bought it for 1500$ out of the local paper, with the help of some friends and some TY members we got it in alot better shape!!!
I designed it for Snowboarding in the whistler backcountry.
I put it through hell and it always made it home safe.
What a great sled to learn on......2 day riding in the backcountry, im already whipping the sled.
but after a back injury in the summer where I threw out 2 dices my lower back, I had to find a sled with Reverse
for next season, because I could no longer lift the mountain max out of the truck by myself.
With Yamaha being so reliable to me, I picked up a 2007 Apex MTN.
and it already had the timbersled suspention in the rear, other than that bone stock.
I was really surprised at how much power this thing has, its incredable!!!
And it takes us to some pretty awesome places too.
It can usually be seen towing random ski-doo's out of the backcountry, because Im a nice guy,
So Thats the update, get ready for Lots of photos and video's!!!

Here's some shots from this weekend.
Warm weather is nothing to complain about as long as you have snow, this weekend we had an inversion, which is where the temperature in the higher alpine is much warmer than the vally due to the sun. It makes for great riding conditions.
I really wanted to jump my sled for a while now!!! check out how deep the trenchs are that my sled digs!!! on the right in this photo, its extremely deep powder were riding.
Hanging with the snow bikes!!! had some YZ's a WR and a CR.
What an awesome day!!!

90% of the tracks in this area are mine, I had to set the camera really pointed up to deal with the vertical slope, enjoy.

Sure!!!
Scoping out an area to build a jump-------------------------------------------------------------------------We put it just over this ridge \/
We did a great job tracking out the area, last shots of the day, about to ride out.
No weight issues here!!!
This is how we set up for snowboarding
1.board goes along the tunnel with your foot holding it in place.
2.Highmark solo until you feel the sled losing climbing power.
3.turn the sled until it faces down hill.
4.Kick the board out the tunnel and Jump off the sled!!! (its actually easy)
5.Ghost Ride the sled into the flat so it ready for the next rider.
*bonus points if you hit the kill switch before sending it for the ghost ride*
6.Drop in without having to hike a step up hill
Easily Done!!!! But practice this on small hills before you ever decide to try it on and serious incline.
Great Day for sledding and Snowboarding!!!
