Reading on the rear suspension drag it seems that the one thing these sleds like is a bit of a loose track. Weight transfer seems to be poor regardless of setup. One thing that I have to wonder is what is the track tension doing as the suspension cycles? Might be worth pulling the shocks and the springs once and see what the track tension is at various points in the travel.
Black on the tunnel protectors tells me that it's plenty loose at times, but that could be from riding in the rough and when the rear skid is fully drooped out/loose.
Sorry I have nothing here to test this on.

I ran mine pretty loose. I did have some black on the inside of the tunnel. But not that much. That rod that goes across for the slide action, well I bent that and replaced it with one from a RR. So it's beefier. And haven't bent it since.

That's a very good question TD.

I also like to run a loose track, in my opinion the black on the side tunnels is not from loose track, maybe it was just but when you go to adjust track it is a pain in the a-- to get the track perfect. You think you have it good and then you run it and it is all screwed up, will a fourth wheel kit fix this? Maybe that would take care of the walking of the track. Never had an issue with any other sled doing that

Yes I think a four wheel kit will fix it, after putting mine on it made it a lot easier to adjust.
