From the pic, is the belt slipping in the secondary or is this normal because that's where my belt spent most of its time for the last hour of my last ride? Thanks, still chasing hot clutches.

Slightly slipping. What is your secondary set up?

Its where your belt ran for a period of time. Also happens when your letting off a lot thru the trails, What most don't know, is that is where most of the black hard marks come from on a four-stroke. Letting off allows the driven to un-grip the belt and slip in the clutches.

Return trail was massively whooped out and I was whooped after 3 day of riding! So yeah, lots of on & off throttle. Sounds good, thanks for the insight.

Why is one of the sheaths all chipped up at top?

Whooped up trails will do that too. Whooped up trails will also cause belts to blow as it loads and unloads them so often and so fast. Very hard on them.
