I am not sure if I am seeing a real problem or am just paranoid. Have an 04 Warrior that has worked flawlessly for me. Only have 1800 miles on it (no snow this year makes me think....grass track???) and the front end bushings seem loose. The dealer said that there is to be some play in the front end and just swept the issue away. When I check the toe in/out, I can see that the bushings on the left side have a ton of play where the right side have next to none. Also, the spindle on the left side allows the ski to slide up and down a good bit. Is this a normal condition...really...or are replacement bushings in order?????
Thoughts????
I am leaning toward the replacement bushings and rebuild spindle bushings but only 1800 miles doesn't sound right. Maybe I just hit the corners a bit too hard.

I have been told that its quite possible bushings will need to be replaced with that kind of milege.

When I checked mine, the bolts had loosen up a bit. I tightened all the outer nuts on the a arms, and as far as the spindle, just loosen the nut on the arm and slide it down to get just a little play and re tighten it. It might have moved some from hard riding.

Normal. At 1800 miles, you should be fine. Ride it and throw a bushing kit in it this summer. Do make sure you check the a-arm bolts as suggested. I've found a few loose on my 03 as well. Don't want one of those falling off at 100 mph on the lake!

I have 3100 miles on my Warrior and I have some slop up front (about 1/8" or so, up/down/left/right), nothing that makes me nervous. I plan on replacing them this spring with a set from Pioneer Performance.

Replacement sounds in order. I think that even one of the bushings is worn through. Is this a big job or not?

I just changed ALL of the bushings in the front of my '04 (A-arms, spindle housing, bulkheads, etc...) @ 5600 miles, and the results were the same - even with Nylatron ones. There is quite a bit of play, but that appears to be normal.
Even with a tweaked upper A-arm, the bushings were fine for about 4000 miles + They don't look like much, but they do hold-up pretty well.
The only ones that seemed to have the most wear were the "washers" on the inner A-arm pivots, #90209-15N50-00 you need 8 of them.
