@Cc440 I've been on the fence about which can for a few months. Just after my post about you trying youtube, I decided to go with SLP... winter is close! lol Love what their triple pipes did for my old viper, as well as other products and dealings with them. I'm a techy so uploading videos is no problem here. Should have the can by the weekend. I will post vid's asap... stock vs SLP.
Thanks. Sorry about that guys. Just can't seem to upload them don't know why.
I was the same way. Had it between the Bikeman and the SLP. They decided for me when Bikeman told me they were working on a quiet insert. To me that meant they were louder than I wanted. Obviously I haven't trail ridden it but so far I am happy with the SLP.

The pic from their catalog a few pages back says 304 stainless. Anyone see any performance claims anywhere for the SLP can? The MBRP claims 8 HP. Is a Power commander needed for this Can? I had SLP Stage 3 on my 09 Polaris 800 Switchback and it was a rocket!

In the catalog it specifically calls out the Nytro can as stainless steel and only says the viper can is ceramic coated. This leads me to believe that the viper can is not stainless.

It is not all stainless. Rep told me it was mild steel construction.

My mistake the catalog page was hard to read.
Slp has always made one of the best quality and quietest aftermarket exhaust out there.

Any update or video of slp installed? So I finally broke down and ordered the SLP exhaust can. Price was right. Will update when I get it on.

I posted a couple pics. I can't get the video to upload. Seems like a nice piece. A little louder and deeper than stock but not at all obnoxious. The welds looked better than the demo unit I saw. Definitely a weight savings. Fit right in nicely. I am happy so far

Has anyone seen or heard any actual HP numbers out of this can. I can't imagine it doesn't make any extra power if all the other companies are claiming up to 10 horse. Would like to see a dyno sheet.

Slp tech told me 3hp on top end, flows 30% more than stock and is 6lbs lighter, slp gives real world true peak gains, not midrange rpm gain, that really doesn't matter unless you drive at that rpm all the time lolHas anyone seen or heard any actual HP numbers out of this can. I have a SLP muffler for sale. Only has 700 miles on it. First $200.00 takes it.
