I can't talk for anyone else but the slydog skies I have with dually woody carbides ONCE SET UP RIGHT have worked fantastic, I have no darting and tracking and again onece the sled was SET UP PROPERLY they have preformed on the trail flawlessly.

I am happy with mine .... had them on for 1000 miles now. They float well on the powder and bite hard on the trails .... big improvement over stock. I have not tried any other aftermarket skis so can't comment on how they compare. I would say that the skis, carbides and studs have made this a totally different sled ... I am very happy with the way it handles now.

Which of the slydogs have you got on you machine? I would assume the 'trail' ones vs. the 'powder hounds'?

I have the Powderhounds on my FX Nytro (standard) and they are awesome! They don't dart when set up correctly, they work great on the trail and they have been a huge improvement for floatation and turning in the powder (4 feetof fresh).
