I just notice the other day when i started my Vector, that i had a little whining sound for a millisecond second when it has started,maybe the sound has been there all the time and i havent noticed it.are yours the same. thanks

That is normal. It is your starter winding down after it disengages. I have two Rage's and they both do the same thing.
