Snow Checked a LTX-LE Racin Blue

Personally fuel mileage isn't that huge of a concer If I wanted a high mileage unit I would not be buying a 1000cc turbo sled. That's like buying a corvette zo6 and complaining about fuel mileage.

That's very true but in the same token I don't want to have to worry about stopping at every corner for fuel!! I actually did very well with my 1100 turbo. I believe that was a 10.5 gallon tank

Can anyone tell me why they have such a small gas tank?(8.9 gallons) Has it become an issue on trips. Sometimes finding a gas station can be tricky! Another thing the American Snowmobiler had the sidewinder having the worst fuel mileage of the bunch in there real world test. Do the ecu flash help with fuel mileage?

Thanks
Hi,like Dan said, the tunes up sleds in my opion will get better milage as long as you are not racing your buds the whole day through, although, you will still be at 1/2 throttle and they will be WO so you may still be ahead of them on milage lol mine in spring conditions riding fast but not out of control gets 13.5 to 14.5 mpg and our tank is 9.9 but need to burp tank to completely fill up.

Thanks that makes me feel better!!

Thanks that makes me feel better!!
You are welcome,i was surprised when he went 120 miles and the gauge said 1/4 tank and he never got the low fuel light to come on.
