We have got about 10-12" of the 'white stuff' on the ground.. Rode about 100 miles today on the new Black Warrior..Dead nuts stock... I must say it is the best "out the box" Yamaha I have ever ridden.. I have had M10's on every sled since 94... the Warrior comes real close to an M10 type ride..I have not touched the suspension ..YET...
Smooth ..good handling and feels like more power than my 03 shorty..almost feels like its already broken in.. On Friday I will be taking out the 03 RX1 with the Bender stage 2 turbo.. Hope it is as much fun to ride as the warrior.

Hi Bob..
I am going to leave mine non studded..It seems to hook up GOOD...On hard pack it should give most of the competition headaches...With the fresh snow I really didnt have any good hard pack to hook up on..but the "rip saw" seems to be doing a great job..
My wife said I had to leave one sled stock :? and so it will be the warrior..
So far haven't heard anything bad from those guys that have ridden them..

RX-1 Yoop,
Don't let him BS you. That turbo ain't goin' to see the snow tomorrow. I'll post the update.
You must be at home. I rode by your place tonight but shut up tight. Catch you after Christmas.

Yamdoc: I am glad you think it rides great and compare to the M10. Several people said I was nuts that the ride would not rival the M10. Glad to here your comparison. Overal I prefer the warrior ride to the M10.
yamadoc: I'd say your feeling the better track and longer track foot print as far as the power feel is concerned. I also think the extra wheel base helps the ride quality!!

I'm with ya yamadoc, I'm going to leave my track alone, it hooks up real good  As far as the ride goes, this thing rides like a Caddilac
And I did do some road riding with it on the night of the storm we had here last week, and this thing goes like gangbusters
I've ridden alot of sleds! Mach Z's, Xc 700 Polaris, Rev 800, Modified 700 V-Max, 700 Ski Doo's and none of them PULL LIKE THIS ONE!
When you pull the trigger on this you better have it pointed straight  And just think, it will only get faster
