So I recently purchased a set of Snowtrackers online and the seller misled me on what they were. Once I got them I realized there was no way they would work. I contacted the seller and he basically said I was stuck with them. At this point I'm pretty upset. I decided to contact Snowtracker directly. I contacted them through their website and they quickly connected me to the US sales rep. I told him what had happened and asked if he could help me out. He told me if I packaged them up and sent them to him in new condition he would swap them for the correct pair. I sent them out and quickly received the right ones back in the mail. This is how customer service should be. I told him I knew it wasn't really their problem but any help would be great and he made it right. He was a huge help and did an extremely good job.....this is what keeps people coming back to a company! I just wanted you guys to know that these guys rock! I would be happy to buy from them again in the future. Thanks Snowtracker!

Thats awsome! You don't find that to often.

They work great also...Best thing I ever did was adding them to my Apex and wife's vector...huge improvement for darting and cornering in the soft stuff. Tried shimming the ski, various duel carbides, and tuner skis. Ended with the snowtrackers and now there right. Hope they work as good for you as they did for me.

I'm thinking of trying a set. Can you share (PM is OK if you don't want to post here) who/where the problem seller is? Was told that least expensive sources are on eBay.

^^^^^ X2 Always had good dealings with him. Its not about the lowest price but the best value. His service adds value.

3rd, Travis is a solid stand up guy. I throw him any business I can and he's always quick with answers and getting things right out. His prices are overly fair and the parts he designs and makes are well engineered. Was gonna get trackers this week if my RTX sells

Travis at Barn of Parts (TY vendor) sells them and is a great guy to work with. He will make sure you get the correct ones for your sled as they are different for Yamaha models...Why not support the people that keep this site going?... He is hibshman25

I've bought stuff from him and totally forgot that he sells Trackers. Already got a price from him.
