Until yesterday I was running Woodys Dualies on my Apex LTX. No darting but varied push in corners. Yesterday I went out in conditions that would promote push bigtime. (Snowstorm). I was trying my new Yamaha Mountain Skis with Snowtrackers. The Snowtrackers were all I hoped they would be. No push, railing in powder on top of groomed trail with surprisingly easy steering. Wow. Put them on mountain skis because the lakes here very often have deep powder and the stock skis do not float well. These skis are big puppies..takes a bit of getting used to them visually.
I just thought I would pass on my impressions because I was very impressed.

Sweeeeeet, thanks for the info. I have been contemplating getting a set of the mountain skis for my 07 Attak. i just was not sure how well they worked on the trails. So it's nice to know that you can make them work with the SnowTrackers. Thanks again for the info, Gene.

Nice report bigdog, I am doing the same thing. Bought the snowtrackers last year for my set of ski-doo pilot 6.9 mountains. And a set for the Yamaha skis. I also bought a set Yamaha mountains. Plenty to try out. I, like you, got sick of the darting and or pushing. Sounds like the snowtrackers are the real deal. can't wait to try mine.
tryan ATTAK, I ran my pilot mountains on the trail last year and they worked great other than the darting or pushing when I tried the Bergstroms and ski savers. Snowtrackers should cure that this year.

Plan to try them prior to heading up to Greenland MI on the 6th. Don't want to wear them out around here riding over the roads and plowed fields, but I will definitely try them prior to heading out. Wanted to get get out today and give them a whirl, but came down with sinus infection. They sound like the real deal from what I've heard. I figured I have tried every other combo out there now, might as well give them a go. They won't drag anymore than the Dually's I run now, that's for sure.
