SOUNDS LIKE A PROBLEM UNDER APEX (clunk)

I have a clunking noise under my gt when i go over little woops. I have 144 studs down the middle and i check them all. There is no markes on the tunnel i just can't figure out where its comming from. Also my friend has a RX1 with the same noise he can't seem to find where its comming from either. Does anyone have this problem on there gt and knows what it is? I am not bottoming out either.

Mine makes that noise too. Guys on this site say it is either the weight transfer rod or the limiter strap and it is nothing to worry about.

I had a viper and 2 rx warriors.. ON those sleds it is the transfer rods.. Nothing you can do about it..

the apex is diffferent , but still has the same noise.. Also nothing you can do about it..

I have that noise as well. Was told it's normal.

That noise is the mono shock control rod toppping out or engaging as the rail angle change.

It is normal - the same type of noise that welterracer mentioned.

Mine only seems to make that noise if I have the rebound dial set towards firm. When I soften the rebound the noise goes away.
