speedo cluster not working

After I blow dryed the 18 pin socket it's been good. But I rode yesterday in some powder and today it took a minute to start working. It's got to be the moisture in the socket. There is a boot that covers the socket that douse not sit well and let's moisture in

They all do it when cold,some more than others,why,i have no clue,but nothing to worry about
