Anyone try out the new split rail skis?
They look a little to much out there for me, I'd be scepticle about buying a set of those before seeing them up close or trying them out

I've tried them on all of the owners sleds....they are a great ski! There is already a few threads on them...I know guys say they are pricey but they come with a complete new spindle and I'm pretty sure carbides aswell....either way...they flat out work a nd very well, no darting, bite hard, kick a pit of snow into the skid...no snow flys up the middle, great floatation and huge bling factor...I'd like to get some for my Nytro next season.

How do these have great flotation? I saw them at haydays and that appeared to be one thing they would not do well.
Saw the video on the website. last part shows over water....so flotation must be good although counterintuitive.
