How would one go about getting sponsors.? Is there diffrent types? I need help!

Well first off you need a good resume. Then you have to contact potential sponsors with a proposal. The first year racing it is tough to get much help.
I know powermadd and Studboy both will help first year racers.
I know Jordan at Artic FX has a USCC discount on his graphic package.
Hopefully this is a start. You may also want to look at my webpage my resume is on there if you need a point of reference.
Be prepared for more no's than yes's I get turned down far more than accepted.
Finalcail backing in today's economy is almost impossible. As a first year racers you most likely will get some product discounts and thats about it.
All the OEM's have race programs but they are not the greatest you get some help but it is very little. As your career progresses sometimes that changes but don't count on major sled discounts.

Alright, thanks! How would I contact any place about sponserships? I know here there are not anybody that would sponser anybody, espesaly if they are racing 200 or more mi away. I wanted to try mason city powersports but I dont think they would, I go there alot but the my buddy thats a sales rep there said they would not sponsor anyone but knowone has asked yet.

Runnig sport 85 in uscc, possable run expert 85 later in the season, des moines winter games snox race. (over the year want to switch morefrom xc to snox tho). I realy get stuck on this part becaues the only thing I can really do is put them on my sled, thank them every time, try to use there products if I was able use product caues I cant buy everything, put thm on my facebook page, on my loopd page, show them off buy ridng the trails alot more here and talk to friends and classmates about them.

The worst part is I dont have any family or frieds that are willing to help. Hey dad can I barow you truck only if you repair all the problems with it. Can I barrow your trailer a no!
