Has anyone received the spring order extras yet ? I haven't seen a thing also waiting on this Costco gift card that was suppose to be part of the finance deal for Costco members. Not huge deal but would like the items at some point.
 
Spoke to dealer hats should have arrived directly to the customers already and backpacks are to go through the dealer . Haven't seen a thing
 
Got the hat a while ago, backpack not in yet. Costco was a discount off sled price.
 
Are you talking Canadian or USA offers?
Here in Canada, all I have received is the hat. No knapsack- as promised in April when I spring ordered an 18 RTX LE 50th Anniversary Sled. I brought it to the attention of a Yamaha Canada rep that contacted me after I gave the dealer that sold me " two"new Sidewinders this fall a bad review. The Yamaha Canada rep told me the "sales department " were looking into it- the missing knapsack! That was 6 weeks ago and I haven't heard from the guy since. I emailed him again 2 weeks ago, asking for an update and haven't received a reply. Is this the way you treat a customer that drops $40,000 on sleds??? Never again Yamaha, never again.
 
Got my 50 th hat 2 months ago. Delivered at home from Yamaha. Spring order LTX LE 50th here.
No Bag yet. Dealer called yesterday to see if I received it.
Costco perk in NB was $300 reduction at dealership on sled not a gift card. Had nothing to do with financing here. Just needed to be a Costco member.
Nothing but good to say here. I can wait for the bag. Dealer seems to be on it.
 
Picked up sled October 7th. No hat no bag
 
I got a Sidewinder jacket with mine last year and I really like it and wear it as my second layer when riding. While it was a great gift for buying a new sled it wasn't what made me happy about my purchase. What I'm really happy with is my sled. Two seasons ago I Spring ordered two 1200 Renegades and Doo didn't give me anything other than a extended warranty.
 
Don't get me wrong I bought the sled for what it is but would like to receive the items promised at purchase. Just curious if I was the only one

South Huron, Ontario. all back packs are delayed.
 
Received Sled October 28th 2018- Sidewinder LTX-LE - No Bag and no Hat! Don't really care just principal, take that back a backpack would be nice!! LOL
 
Can't blame Yamaha for the dealership doing a horrible job and not taking care of there customers.
 
My Dealer Told me I would get it in the Mail, and was pretty matter of fact about it! :die
 
I haven’t received my hat yet. Picking up my 50th in 11days in Maine. Maybe my hat is there?? I’ll ask when I pick it up.
 
Picked mine up October 26th. No bag no hat. Was also told at dealer it would come straight from yamaha. Also not to call them looking for it.
 
And just like that the ups man pulled in. Doesn't say 50th anywhere on the bag. But a really nice bag. And as a plus my Yamaha boat is black and gray. Will use it all year long.
