I have a 04 Rx1m with a powderlite 25 turbo. I run from 2000ft to 6000ft.I'm useing 127.5 mains with the needle in the middle. The pilots are only out 1 3/4 wich helped down low,and am only running 4 1/2 psi fuel presure with the engine off.I'm also going through a tone of fuel a tank in 60k. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

What Ted said, I've had many to all of those symptoms - floats fixed them and the carb heater shut-off fixed the hard starting.

Check your air intake, if it is exposed to a lot of heat instead of cold air it will load up also. Make sure you are pulling cold air in thru the intake.

You need the coolant running through the carbs or they can ICE up.
You might also check the needle and seat orings they dry up and shrink causing fuel to go around them.
