I didn't getto put many miles on the sled last year, but this year I have. I have about 1000 miles on it and i have a problem with slipping the belt. If i come to a stop I'll try to take off and all the belt does is slip and squeal. I'll have to get off the throttle and ease it back on slow and it still squeals, but i'll start moving. This doesn't happen all the time, but its intermitent. Also the best I've yet to do is 78 on hard packed trails. I wonder If it could be my track is too tight? Could this be adding too much drag on the drive terrain?

Check the front left motor mount bolt. They are known for loosening up. Quick check is to take the clutch side cover off and look behind the primary clutch. There should be a bolt protuding out with a nut on it. Mine fell right off and Had to replace.
